Your body knows how to heal.

Symptoms are how it asks for support.

If you’re dealing with symptoms that won’t fully resolve or something feels off in your body, I’d be honored to help you understand what it’s asking for.

Many people are trying to make good choices but still feel stuck, confused by conflicting advice, or unsure what actually matters and how to feel better. My work focuses on helping you understand what your body is communicating and supporting the foundational systems that allow it to function well, so you can feel better in a way that lasts.

Who This Is For

You may be a good fit for this work if you’ve found yourself thinking:

  • “I’m tired of dealing with these constant symptoms.”

  • “My doctor says I’m fine, but I don’t feel fine.”

  • “I used to feel better than this. I want to feel like myself again.”

You might also be experiencing things like:

  • Fatigue or low energy

  • Brain fog or difficulty focusing

  • Digestive issues (bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea, reflux)

  • Sleep challenges or waking up tired

  • Skin flare-ups

  • PMS or painful cycles

  • Mood swings or anxiety

  • Weight that feels difficult to manage

  • Frequent stress or feeling run down

Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed or uncertain after trying different approaches with no lasting success. My role is to simplify the process, connect the dots, and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

How I Work

A Root-Cause, Personalized Approach

If you’ve been trying to fix individual symptoms, it can feel like you’re constantly chasing the next issue - one thing improves, then something else flares. That’s because symptoms don’t exist in isolation; they’re part of a larger conversation your body is trying to have.

Nutritional Therapy looks at how your foundational systems are functioning and how they may be contributing to what you’re experiencing. The most common misconception about Nutritional Therapy is that it’s only about food. Yes, food plays a large role, but the real work goes deeper.

My approach focuses on understanding the full picture of your health. Before we even meet, I spend significant time reviewing your health history, symptoms, and patterns to identify connections and possible root contributors. I’m not only looking at paperwork, I’m getting to know the person behind it. Your experiences, routines, stressors, and goals all matter.

From there, our work is collaborative. Rather than rigid protocols, we focus on practical nutrition and lifestyle shifts that fit your life and feel sustainable. Together, we make thoughtful adjustments, observe how your body responds, and refine your plan over time - supporting digestion, blood sugar balance, stress resilience, sleep quality, and nutrient density along the way.

Throughout the process, I draw on my health coaching training to support behavior change, helping you build consistency and navigate obstacles in a way that feels realistic rather than overwhelming.

My role is to provide guidance, education, and structure while helping you build changes that are steady and sustainable.

Knowledge is important, but change happens through consistent action. This work supports both.

What To Expect

Working together is a structured, step-by-step process designed to help you understand your body and create meaningful, sustainable change. This isn’t about handing you a rigid protocol. It’s about building a thoughtful, adaptable plan and supporting you step by step as your body begins to respond.

1. Intake & Preparation

You’ll complete a comprehensive health history, symptom assessment, and a short nutrition and lifestyle journal.

Before we meet, I spend time carefully reviewing your information to identify patterns and possible connections so our sessions can be focused and productive.

2. Initial Health History Session (90-minute video call)

This in-depth session allows us to explore your health history and symptoms in greater detail, so I can get to know you and how to best support your needs.

Together, we clarify your goals, identify priorities, and determine areas to focus on.

3. Personalized Recommendations & Plan
(60-minute video call)

After your initial session, I develop bio-individualized recommendations based on your history and goals. These may include nutrition shifts, lifestyle strategies, and targeted supplements when appropriate.

We then meet to review your plan, collaborate, and adjust so it feels realistic and manageable.

4. Ongoing Support & Progress

We’ll have weekly check-ins, alternating between email support and 30-minute video calls, to monitor progress, refine your plan, address questions as they arise, and support you as you build sustainable habits.

Toward the end of the program, we reassess symptoms and progress to evaluate improvements and help guide next steps.
