Your body knows how to heal.
Symptoms are how it asks for support.
If you’re dealing with symptoms that won’t fully resolve or something feels off in your body, I’d be honored to help you understand what it’s asking for.
Many people are trying to make good choices but still feel stuck, confused by conflicting advice, or unsure what actually matters and how to feel better. My work focuses on helping you understand what your body is communicating and supporting the foundational systems that allow it to function well. That's why bloodwork is part of every client's process, not an add-on, and why I look at your symptoms and history alongside it before making a single recommendation.
Two Ways To Begin
Functional Bloodwork Review
A one-time look at what your labs show, including the markers standard ranges often pass over. A good starting point if you want data and clarity before committing to a longer process.
$449, labs included
6-Month Nutritional Therapy Program
Comprehensive one-on-one work to understand what's driving your symptoms, build a plan around it, and support you the whole way through. Bloodwork included.
Starts with a free discovery call.
You can start with either option. If you begin with the review and decide to continue, what you paid is credited toward the program.
Who This Is For
You may be a good fit for this work if you’ve found yourself thinking:
“I’m tired of dealing with these constant symptoms.”
“My doctor says I’m fine, but I don’t feel fine.”
“I used to feel better than this. I want to feel like myself again.”
You might also be experiencing things like:
Fatigue or low energy
Brain fog or difficulty focusing
Digestive issues (bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea, reflux)
Sleep challenges or waking up tired
Skin flare-ups
PMS or painful cycles
Mood swings or anxiety
Weight that feels difficult to manage
Frequent stress or feeling run down
Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed or uncertain after trying different approaches with no lasting success. My role is to simplify the process, connect the dots, and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
How I Work
A Root-Cause, Personalized Approach
If you’ve been trying to fix individual symptoms, it can feel like you’re constantly chasing the next issue - one thing improves, then something else flares. That’s because symptoms don’t exist in isolation; they’re part of a larger conversation your body is trying to have.
The most common misconception about Nutritional Therapy is that it’s only about food. Yes, food plays a large role, but the real work goes deeper. I look at how your foundational systems are functioning and how they may be contributing to what you're experiencing. Before we ever meet, I spend significant time reviewing your health history, symptoms, and patterns to find connections and possible root contributors. I'm not only reading paperwork, I'm getting to know the person behind it.
From there, our work is collaborative. Rather than rigid protocols, we focus on practical nutrition and lifestyle shifts that fit your life, then adjust as we watch how your body responds. I also draw on my health coaching training to support the behavior change piece, so building consistency feels realistic rather than overwhelming.
Knowledge is important, but change happens through consistent action. This work supports both.
I'm a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I'm not a physician or licensed dietitian, and this work is designed to complement your medical care rather than replace it.
Functional Bloodwork Review
When your labs came back normal but you still don't feel well.
Standard lab ranges are built to catch disease. They're wide by design, and they answer an important question: is something clinically wrong? Functional ranges are narrower. They look at where a marker sits inside normal, and whether the pattern across several markers suggests a system that's working harder than it should be.
A lot of symptoms live in that gap.
This is a one-time review. You'll get a clear picture of what your bloodwork shows, written in plain language, and a sense of what's worth your attention first.
What’s included
A comprehensive blood panel through DHA Labs, drawn at any Labcorp location. More than 50 individual biomarkers across blood sugar and insulin, thyroid, cardiovascular, inflammatory, liver, kidney, and nutrient status.
Your marker report (PDF). Every value shown three ways: your result, the standard lab reference range, and the functional optimal range, organized by body system so you can see how each area is doing
Your summary report (PDF, 2 pages). A plain-language overview of the full picture, the patterns I see and which markers point to them, where I'd start, what additional testing may be worth considering and when, when a recheck would be informative, and what bloodwork alone can't answer
A 45-minute virtual review session to walk through all of it together
-
These tests return more than 50 individual biomarkers.
CBC with Differential, CMP-14, hs-CRP, GGT, Hemoglobin A1c, Homocysteine, Lipid Panel, RBC Magnesium, Phosphorus, TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3, Uric Acid, Vitamin D (25-Hydroxy), Iron & TIBC with Ferritin, Insulin, LDH.
Together these cover blood sugar and insulin function, thyroid, cardiovascular health, inflammation, liver, kidney, and nutrient status.
-
This review doesn't include supplement protocols, a step-by-step action plan, or personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
That's not me holding back. Recommendations at that level require much more than labs. Bloodwork shows how your systems are functioning at one moment in time. It doesn't tell me how you're eating, how you're sleeping, what your stress looks like day to day, or what you've already tried. Two people can have nearly identical panels and need very different things. That fuller picture is what the 6-Month Program is built for.
-
I share patterns as hypotheses worth exploring, not conclusions. Bloodwork is one piece of information, and it's most useful when it's read alongside your history and symptoms. I'll be clear with you about what your labs suggest and what they can't tell us on their own.
Investment
$449, labs included.
One payment, and I pay for your panel through my practitioner account with labs at cost. This is the simplest option.
Prefer to use HSA/FSA funds? $465 total. Same panel, same review. I still select your markers and submit the order, but DHA Labs bills you directly for the panel at their patient rate of $226, and you pay me $239 for the review. You'll simply receive an invoice from DHA, so there's nothing additional for you to sort out. HSA/FSA eligibility varies by plan, so it's worth a quick check with yours.
How it works
Purchase and complete a short intake form. A few questions so I understand what's going on for you.
I order your panel and send your fasting and preparation instructions.
Get your bloodwork drawn at any Labcorp location, at your convenience. If you chose the HSA/FSA option, DHA will email you a link to purchase your panel before your draw.
Results come in and we schedule your review session.
We meet for your 45-minute review session and go through everything together.
Your reports arrive by email afterward, so you have them to keep.
Prior labs
Already have recent labs from your doctor? Send them to me! I'll review them alongside your panel at no additional cost. They don't replace the panel, since I need a consistent set of markers to read patterns accurately, but the added context is genuinely useful.
If you continue into the 6-month program
The review is a starting point, not a prerequisite. You're welcome to begin with the 6-Month Program directly.
If you do start here and enroll in the program within 30 days of your review session, the full amount you paid for the bloodwork and review is credited toward the program. The panel is the same one the program uses, so nothing is duplicated and nothing is wasted. This applies once.
Ready to get started?
You can purchase your Bloodwork Review below and I'll be in touch with your intake form and next steps.
If you'd rather talk first, or you're not sure whether the review or the full program makes more sense for you, schedule a free discovery call so I can answer any questions you may have.
Using HSA/FSA? Purchase the HSA/FSA option instead.
Comprehensive, one-on-one work to understand what's driving your symptoms.
This is for someone who has been dealing with something for a while, has tried the reasonable things, and wants a person who will actually look at the whole picture rather than the one symptom in front of them.
Six months is intentional. Meaningful change in how you feel tends to come from steady, supported adjustments over time, not from a plan handed to you in a single appointment. This gives us room to make changes, watch how your body responds, and refine as we go.
Over six months: 13 one-on-one sessions, 12 email check-ins between them, bloodwork at the start and again around month four, and close to nine hours of live time together. Plus the review, digging, and plan-building that happens on my end between calls.
What's included

A 300-question symptom assessment
A 3-day food and mood journal
Your initial blood panel through DHA Labs, included.A comprehensive panel returning more than 50 individual biomarkers across blood sugar and insulin, thyroid, cardiovascular, inflammatory, liver, kidney, and nutrient status. Your labs and your intake are read together, which is where the useful connections tend to show up.
Follow-up bloodwork around month four. The panel is billed at cost and isn't part of the program price, since the markers we recheck are specific to you. Interpretation and your revised plan are included.
Thorough review and analysis on my end before we ever meet

The 6-Month Nutritional Therapy Program
See how the six months unfold
-
This month is about understanding your whole picture before a single recommendation gets made.
You'll complete your health history, the 300-question symptom assessment, and a 3-day food and mood journal
Your lab order goes in right away, so your bloodwork is moving while the rest comes together
90-minute initial interview. The long, unhurried conversation about your history, your symptoms, and what you're actually hoping for
You'll leave that session with one simple thing to start on, while we wait for your bloodwork results to provide your full recommendations
60-minute session once your labs are back, to go through your results and your personalized plan together. We'll look at your markers against both standard and functional ranges and talk through what they suggest alongside everything from your intake
-
This is where the work happens, at a pace you can actually keep up with.
30-minute video calls every other week
Email check-ins on the weeks between, so you're never more than a week out from support
Adjustments as we go, based on how you're actually feeling
Troubleshooting whatever is getting in the way
Nutrition and lifestyle changes added gradually rather than all at once
-
Around this point, we take a look at what's changed.
You'll retake the symptom assessment, so we can compare how you feel now against where you started
We repeat bloodwork to see what your markers show
We choose those markers together. I'll recommend what's most worth rechecking based on your first panel and how you've responded
You'll know the cost before anything is ordered. The panel is billed at cost, separately from the program
Biweekly calls and email check-ins continue throughout
-
The focus shifts toward what you'll carry forward on your own.
The second 60-minute session to go through your new labs and revise your plan around what's changed
The biweekly call and email rhythm continues through the end of the program
45-minute wrap-up to look at the full six months together, talk through what's changed, and put together a plan for continuing without me
Investment
$3,800, includes your initial bloodwork panel.
Introductory rate: $3,100 for the first three clients since the rebuild.
I recently rebuilt this program, extending it to six months and including your initial bloodwork, and I'm offering an introductory rate to the first three clients who go through it in this format. After that, it's $3,800.
Pay in full and take 5% off. Payment plans are available through Klarna and Affirm at checkout, subject to eligibility.
One cost sits outside the program price: your follow-up bloodwork. Your initial panel is included. The follow-up panel around month four is billed at cost, typically around $150, with a range of roughly $90 to $300 depending on how much we recheck.
I've kept it separate on purpose. Which markers are worth rechecking depends entirely on what your first panel showed and how you've responded, and that isn't something either of us can know in advance. I'd rather recommend exactly what's useful for you and have you pay for that than build an average into everyone's price and charge people for markers they don't need. We decide together, and you'll know the cost before anything is ordered.
If you've already completed a Bloodwork Review, what you paid credits toward this in full when you enroll within 30 days of your review session.
If single appointments and generic plans are all you've known, you deserve a different approach. This level of ongoing support and accountability is likely different from anything you've tried before. And that kind of continuity is often what's been missing to build habits that actually stick and see changes that last.
The next step here is a conversation. Book a free discovery call and we'll talk through what you're experiencing, what you've already tried, and whether this feels like the right fit. It's relaxed, and there's nothing to decide on the call.
Not quite ready for six months? The Bloodwork Review is a smaller way to start, and what you pay for it credits toward the program if you enroll in the program within 30 days.
