About Me

Hi, I’m Emily!

I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I’ve always loved helping people, building one-on-one connections, and digging deep to solve problems. Holistic health allows me to bring those strengths together in a way that feels aligned and purposeful. The more I study the body, the more I’m in awe of its design and capacity to heal when properly supported.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, or doing something that involves food - cooking, reading new recipes, working on my sourdough, but, most of all, enjoying really. good. food.

I currently live in Arizona with my husband and our dog, Rainey, and we love traveling back to our old stomping grounds in Washington and Colorado. Mornings are my favorite for walking our dog, strength training, quiet prayer time, and enjoying a big breakfast with an iced matcha.

I’m naturally curious and love learning, so I’m always reading, studying holistic health, and looking for ways to continue strengthening my skillset so I can better serve my clients.

How I Got Here

In 2019, I read Beyond the Pill by Dr. Jolene Brighten and learned about the impacts hormonal birth control can have on the body. I felt frustrated that this information had never been shared with me by my doctors, but that frustration quickly turned into curiosity.

As I started digging deeper, I found myself overwhelmed by conflicting advice and surface-level health content online. Around the same time, I was navigating brain fog, bloating, rosacea, headaches, and very painful cycles. Naturopathic care provided some relief, but it still felt heavy on supplements without looking closely at my daily habits or how digestion actually works.

I realized that what I really wanted wasn’t just to feel better, I wanted to understand what was actually going on in my body. That desire led me to formal training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and later the Nutritional Therapy Association. Studying digestion, blood sugar balance, stress, sleep, and nutrient-dense diets brought clarity to what once felt confusing.

As I applied what I was learning, my headaches became rare, my cycles far less painful, my bloating reduced, and my skin improved. What began as personal curiosity grew into work that feels deeply meaningful and fulfilling to me.

What I Believe Now

I don’t believe symptoms are random or inconvenient problems to silence. I see them as signals - the body’s way of communicating that something needs attention.

I believe God designed our bodies with intention and intelligence, and with an incredible ability to heal when we support them well.

In a world of extremes, quick fixes, and endless supplement stacks, I value a slower, more foundational approach. When digestion is supported, blood sugar is balanced, stress is managed, sleep is prioritized, and nutrient-dense foods become consistent, the body often responds in powerful ways.

I believe everyone can experience better health when they have clear guidance, ongoing support, and practical strategies that help them understand their body and build habits that last.

What This Means For You

If you’ve ever felt confused by conflicting health advice, frustrated by surface-level solutions, or unsure how to make sense of your symptoms, you’re not alone. Many people are trying hard to make good choices, yet still feel like something is missing.

You deserve care that takes the time to look deeper, that helps you understand how your body works, and that creates a plan that feels realistic and sustainable rather than overwhelming.

My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you, help you connect the dots, and support the foundations that allow your body to function the way it was designed to.

If this approach resonates with you, I’d love to connect. You can schedule a free discovery call and we’ll talk through where you are, what you’re experiencing, and whether working together feels like the right next step.
